AvaTrade Partner Code 128979: The Real Story

I get asked about partner codes constantly. Usually the same question: do you get discounted fees or free trading?

Short answer: no. AvaTrade has no commission on forex trades. You pay the spread. That's your trading cost. A partner code doesn't change that.

The code 128979 activates the bonus program. Extra funds in your account based on how much you put in. Nothing more complicated than that.

How much bonus do you receive?

A $1,000 deposit gets you $200.

Deposit $2,000 for $400 bonus.

Deposits between $5,000 and $9,999 get $1,000.

Maximum bonus is $14,000 for deposits above $100,000. Not many traders reach that level.

UK accounts start at £160 for £800 deposited. Top tier reaches £11,200.

Minimum to open an account is $100. But you need $1,000 to qualify for bonus.

Where to enter the code

Your own money stays yours. Access it whenever you need. The bonus stays locked until you hit the volume.

Something useful to understand: the bonus adds to your available margin even when locked. You can hold larger positions than your deposit alone would allow. That breathing room helps while you're learning.
